There was an antiquated and small 3 story house that sat in between a few other houses in a denser part of the Goddess Drop district that caught Juan's eye when he first moved in. He would usually prefer consolidating his working and living arrangements, but he figured that living in a place that was already built would be like recycling. It was definitely a fix-me-upper but he began renovating it almost immediately. It now sports an somber neutral grey and charcoal paint job on the outside. Despite the new paint job the small space on the inside of the house was barely filled and many of the of the external features were still outdated and falling apart, which quite frankly made the house look a little creepy.
