Compared to the powder-blue barn, freshly painted and with the name of the ranch on the side, the rest of the farm looks weathered and run down. On sunny days, cows and sheep graze in the large grassy pen to one side of the property and on the other side, a one-story farmhouse with faded green window trim watches over the apple tree and small pond in front of it. In summer, a yellow tabby can usually be found asleep on the porch steps. The ranch is pretty run down and in need of care, but its owner obviously takes joy in fixing it up. There's an equally powder-blue mailbox next to the delivery box.
