Name: Titan Zickafoose
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Birthday: Winter 3rd
Occupation: Baker
Personality:
Despite the regal and quiet appearances of Titan, he is a text book example of why you should not judge a book by its cover. He is a boy with a temper, loud, and haughty.
Being raised as an only child has turned him into a boy expectant of instant gratification. He is impatient and spoiled, with a history of trickery and pranks that he often got away with scot free. On top of being an only child, he was fussed over for his albinism by the adults in his life, and learned at an early age that it was easy to weasel his way out of work with a little charm and a smile. Trying to get Titan to get through a day of hard work is just as easy as trying to pull a thorn out of an angry tiger’s paw.
He does have a strong and passionate heart, though, and enough ambition to fuel a high school football team through their last game of the season. While he shudders at the thought of labor, he will do anything to achieve his own dreams, (granted he may seek out others to do the heavy lifting for him while he does the brain work and smooth talking).
Though the sheltered life has left him clueless on many real life things, like driving a car without killing pedestrians or how baseball works, he is very well read and intelligent, scoring above and beyond on the standardized state tests. Quick witted and sharp tongued, earning his friendship isn’t the easiest unless you spark his interest, but once a relationship is formed, you’ll find it hard to get rid of him.
Appearance:
He holds himself high, at the height of 5’11 and with a thin and scrawny stature. He barely meets the human requirement for muscles and looks like if he even looked at a dumbbell his bones would snap. Titan’s skin lacks pigment and is, quite literally, white. He has a few freckles left from childhood on his face that have begun to fade over the years. His eyes are pink and because of them, he is essentially blind without the help of contacts. His face is angular and very expressive, his pouty lips able to contort themselves into a big grin or a grimace on a whim. Though most of his wardrobe is restricted to clothing that shelters his skin from sunlight, you will never find him not dressing smartly even for the dullest of occasions. His hair is typically neatly combed, but often he is forced to wear large hats, and usually cannot be bothered to even attempt to tame his fluffy white hat hair.
Background:
Titan was born to a family with roots in Meadowview lasting generations. The Zickafoose family is one known for its jovial and friendly attitude. They’re a hard working clan of people who hold loud and fun parties for birthdays, weddings, and funerals. And you can always count on a Zickafoose to lend a hand when you need it most.
It’s this kind of reputation that landed Titan with the ironic title of black sheep within the family.
Titan grew up being teased both by his family and by peers in school, but besides that, he had a decent home life. His family never had too much trouble paying the bills, even with his penchant for strange health problems that baffled doctors as a child. He never had to deal with the stress of moving, or lose one of his parents (though he has had a terrible record of not keeping pet fish alive for longer than a month). For him, it’s been the same house, in the same neighborhood, with the same people and stores for his entire life. Upon his 16th birthday, the urge to escape the monotony of Meadowview ignited inside of his ribcage, and he has a dream of becoming a famous musician in the big city. As soon as he gets enough money from his minimum wage job working at his family’s bakery, The Flour Crown, Titan intends on leaving Meadowview by the end of Summer if everything turns out according to plan. In the meantime, he'll drag himself through the days, hiding his embarrassing last name to those he meets and slowly trying to detach himself from the reputation set before him.
Extra:
With the dwindling population of Meadowview, the bakery's business as been on a steep decline as of late. Titan's job there originally only consisted of frosting cakes, but with the employee count dwindling, he's been saddled with deliveries and actually baking.
