Your application does not need to be heavily coded, but it does need to have this information. You are not limited to only this information. You can add what you would like. Make sure the fields are obviously separated from the actual information though. Please also have the subject of your character application be the name of your character.
Once your application is filled out, you may post in on the Newcomers board. Once it is approved, it will be relocated to the Villagers board.

Gender: Does not have to stick to the gender binary.
Birthday: Remember to use the season system. For example, use Spring 16th, as opposed to April 16th.
Occupation: If this is something that requires a shop/farm/some other sort of accommodation, please clear it with The Mayor in a pm first. You may also leave this as ‘unemployed’ if you want to roleplay up to the character getting said job.
Personality: Write enough to show a grasp on your character, but you don’t have to go into excruciating detail, as this should also show through your roleplaying.
Appearance: You can use an image to represent your character, but please supply ample description.
Background: Should be some backstory, but not to a ridiculous extent. Leave some things to be discovered through roleplay. Also include how your character has come to Meadow View.
